PROCESSING METHODS, RECIPIENTS, RETENTION PERIOD

There is no intention to disseminate these data or to communicate them to Third Countries or international organizations.

Data are processed and kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore, data collected for purposes related to providing a service or fulfilling a request will be kept until the service is provided or the request is fulfilled. When processing is based on the user’s consent, the Data Controller may retain the data for longer, until that consent is revoked. In addition, the Controller may be obliged to retain data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted. Browsing data will not persist for more than seven days.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

In particular there is the right to receive information about the processing carried out, to obtain access to personal data, to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete data, to obtain the deletion of personal data, to obtain the restriction of processing, to obtain in a structured format of its common and machine-readable nature the personal data concerning the user, to object at any time to the processing, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point (when the processing is based on consent), not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing.

Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
